Please feel free to request a quote on any product in
the Grosfillex Contract line. However, please be aware that the factory has
imposed the following charges over which we have no control.
- Grosfillex has a minimum order requirement of $725.
This minimum must consist of product only -- shipping, handling, and sales tax
(if applicable) do not count towards the minimum. Grosfillex will ship orders
below the $725 minimum, but there is a $50 charge for this service. The only
exceptions are: (1) you have purchased Grosfillex within the past 12 months
and need a few pieces to fill in or complete your order; or (2) you are a
commercial user and wish to purchase a sample to see the product before
placing your larger order.
- The minimum truckline shipping charge for any
business shipment is $100, or $200 for any residential shipment. The shipping
cost increases by the size of the order, but is no less than these amounts.
- The only orders which can ship via UPS or Fedex
Ground are samples orders consisting of one chair, or one small side table,
one small table top, or one small table base. All other items are considered
oversize by UPS or Fedex Ground, thus making the cost prohibitive.
- Almost all of the chairs are packaged in quantities
of 4, 12, 16 or 20. You can view the exact standard packing for each item on
the page for that item. If your quantity needs require the breaking of a
standard pack, there is a $50 broken pack charge.
